There will be a Nicki Burlesque Tribute Show in Toronto (ON) in Canada on May 17 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Tickets are between $22 and $28. If you are interested, you can buy tickets on brownpapertickets.com.

Nicki will perform at the “Saturday Night Live” (SNL) Season Finale on May 19. The host of the show will be Tina Fey. It’s not known if Nicki will perform one new song or both new songs.

Post Malone will release his new album ‘Beerbongs & Bentleys’ on April 29 and the album will feature Nicki Minaj on a track titled ‘Ball For Me’.

According to Billboard, the two new Songs charted on #83 and #92 (dated on April 21).

Billboard wrote:

The songs enter the Hot 100 after only one day of streaming and sales tracking and four days of radio airplay monitoring.

“Tingz” earned 4.2 million U.S. streams and sold 21,000 downloads in the week ending April 12, following its release that day, according to Nielsen Music. “Chun-Li” logged 3.5 million clicks and sold 20,000 downloads.

Both tracks concurrently debut on the Digital Song Sales chart, at Nos. 13 and 16, respectively.

“Chun-Li” additionally garnered 8.5 million all-format radio audience impressions in the week ending April 15, while “Tingz” drew 7.5 million.

Both tracks are likely to see a sizable gain on next week’s Hot 100 (dated April 28), as that chart will encompass the song’s first full week of tracking. (Streaming and sales run on a Friday through Thursday tracking cycle, while airplay runs Monday through Sunday.)

Minaj has now earned 86 total entries on the Hot 100, dating back to her first, “Knockout,” with Lil Wayne, in 2010. She extends her record for most total Hot 100 appearances among women in the chart’s 59-year history (ahead of Taylor Swift’s 76), and continues to sport the eighth-most entries among all acts.

xxlmag.com sat down with Producer J.Reid and talked about how he helped Nicki Minaj return to rap.

XXL: How did you first link up with Nicki Minaj to record “Chun-Li” and “Barbie Tingz”?
J. Reid: One of my partners—Brinx Billions—was working with Nicki. He did a record with her and it was so crazy that she was like, “Who did the beat?” He told her that I did it and she was like, “We might need to fly him out here.” My first trip to meet her was Miami. I went out there so excited. She was just like, “I love your music. You’re talented, I’m just trying to put some stuff together.” So I was like, “I’m ready.” From that, it’s just been ballgame. Coming back and forth, going in and out of town, working at home and showing out.

When did that meeting happen in Miami?
It was probably late December. Everything came to fruition around that time. She was looking to start her project—she probably had already started it. But the certain sound she wanted, I was able to cater.
